The Expensive Avant Condos of Buffalo

Condominium units always carry that expensive tag and apparently there is one area where they personify how money buys luxury. Avant on Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo will soon be the home of the city’s most expensive condominiums
The economy may be poor, but Uniland Development Co. has already attracted buyers. The average asking price is $777,000.
The old Federal building is being transformed into a mixed-used building. Besides residential units, a hotel and offices will occupy the building.
18 of the condos will sell for over $500,000 and eight cost more than $1 million.
