Manny Ramirez Lowers Condo Price to $7.9 Million

Since he is no longer in Boston, former slugger Manny Ramirez who is now with the LA Dodgers has been offering his Ritz Condo to $7.9 million. He was originally selling his condo for $8.5 million but apparently there were no takers for the 37th floor condo for the past six months.
The condo is located near the Boston Common in the Ritz-Carlton Residences. The four-bedroom condo features a wraparound private terrace. The penthouse includes a private master-bedroom suite, six bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings and three valet parking spaces. But if the assessed price of some Boston officials is to be heard, the estimated price should be about $4.4million for tax purposes which is way below the asking price. Any takers? If not, expect Ramirez to either pass or lower it some more!
