Lake of the Ozarks Luxury Homes To Be Auctioned

Those wanting to purchase some of the most luxurious homes in the Ozarks may find it more affordable to do so. Homes like the one at 86 Woodhaven Lane are being auctioned off, just to get them sold. This particular property is 7823 square feet and is a palace like design. This four level home features a 4 ½ car garage. It is a 6 bedroom home also featuring 2 ½ indoor kitchens with another outdoors.
The property, along with others in the area, will be auctioned off July 18th, after it has sat on the market at $3.35 million (down from $3.7 million.) They are not in foreclosure, but the owners want to get rid of the properties and auctions seem to be their only choice.
