Edgewater Tiles
March 29th, 2009 by Simon Salt
Edgewater of British Colombia has created a range of in-house artisan tiles that contain glass, stone, wood, metal and porcelain by utilizing an industrial waterjet to create the configurations. The waterjet cutting is a manufacturing technology that offers new alternatives in the cutting of materials.
All kinds of metals from 1/16″ to 5″ thick are ideal candidates for waterjet. Edgewater also creates custom shapes, cut glass and inlay materials thus allowing their clients the freedom to apply their own creativity. Edgewaters expertise and creativity in precision cutting shows a range of challenging projects from artists and engineers alike.
