Dom Pérignon Twin Set
July 7th, 2009 by Simon Salt
This Dom Pérignon Twin Set was created to celebrate two twin champagnes- the 1995 Vintage and the Œnothèque 1995. The 1995 Vintage which was initially released in 2002 and has been rereleased to coincide with the introduction of the Dom Pérignon Œnothèque 1995 which was produced with the same grapes but aged in bottles in the Œnothèque (wine library) instead of barrels like the standard 1995 vintage.
Because of the difference in the aging techniques, these two champagnes have slightly different tastes. The Œnothèque has a more complex taste than the standard vintage. The twin set arrives in a black wooden box and includes one bottle of each champagne and will be available in very limited quantities.
