Cage Mansion Sold for $15 Million

Actor Nicolas Cage had reportedly sold his Curbed LA mansion for $15 million. It was originally being offered for $35 Million but considering the current financial state of the real estate market, it dropped to half of the price. The actual figures and who bought the mansion of the famed actor was not disclosed but many believe that it was well within the vicinity of $15M, which shows a decent profit from his initial investment of $6.469 million in 1998.
This comes at the heels of Cage’s need for funds due to mismanagement of funds by his manager and a $6 million IRS bill to settle.
