Atlanta Falcon Seats See Price Cuts

Box seats for Atlanta Falcons’ games are dropping in price due to the global economic slowdown and the current deepening recession, but will likely remain out of reach for most fans even with the reductions. Most of the box seats will freeze at 2008 prices (normally an increase would be in order), while 13 available seats will see price cuts of $5,000 to $10,000. The price cuts will be applied to box seats that normally go for between $80,000 and $100,000 for the season.
Suite sales have suffered in recent years as the Falcons have been forced to cope with dome renovations and the Michael Vick dog fighting scandal, both of which drove some high end fans away. Now the struggling economy is hitting the beleaguered team.
