£35 Million Building Luxury Beach Hut Resort Mulled

If plans push through, the UK will have another posh luxury beach hut resort up soon in Whitley Bay near Newcastle. Beach Hut Resorts is banking on winning the planning consent to build a £35 Million Building Luxury Beach Hut which would include 21 luxury beach huts and a 24/7 concierge. Each hut would be rented out for £300 to £400 a week and would accommodate up to 6 guests and will come complete with a kitchen, bathroom and a lounge area. And as if that is not enough, Beach Hut Resorts plans to create similar developments as well in Scotland to the South Coast. But first things first, win the planning consent and then see how it goes before going too far ahead.
